Returns & Shipping


In-store Purchases: All in-store purchases are non-refundable or returnable.

Online Purchases: There are no returns or exchanges for original fine art, sculptor or photography.

Items in the Artisan category may be returned within10 days from the date of purchase for a store credit. These returns must be in accordance with the shipping and handling conditions stated below.

We cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.  

Return authorization for online orders must requested within 72 hours after your order has been received

Your credit shall reflect the total amount you paid for the product(s), less a 10% handling fee for processing the return. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs.

Your refund will be processed one business day after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order

Return shipping costs and insurance are solely at your cost. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition, unaltered and undamaged and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Gifts must be returned in original gift box. Gallery credit is valid for 90 days and may be used for instore purchases only.  

We will notify you of the status of your return via email.

Shipping, Terms of Sale & Order Processing

We offer free shipping on all fine art and sculpture items unless otherwise indicated.

We only ship within the contiguous 49 states. Fine art and jewelry are shipped only via FedEx or UPS with a signature required. We do not ship fine art or fine jewelry to P.O. Boxes.

For non-fine art items, shipping costs are applied per item and depend on where your order is shipped and by what method. Shipping costs and all other applicable taxes, fees or charges of any nature shall be added to the total amount of your purchase and will be displayed prior to checkout.

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days. We will notify you within two business days if your item is not in stock.

Orders placed after 5 pm EST weekdays will not be processed until the following business day. Orders received on Friday after 5 pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.

If it is imperative that your order arrive by a certain date, please contact us at 802-770-8820 during our regular business hours (Wednesday- Monday 11 to 5:00 PM EST). We will be happy to assist you.

Sales Tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Vermont state regulations.

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product and/or service, representing that: you are at least 18 years old; all information you provide to us in connection with such order is valid and accurate; and that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.

When you send us your order, we may verify certain items before the order is fulfilled, including without limitation your personal information, your payment information and your creditworthiness.

We reserve the right to: (a) refuse any order you place with us; (b) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including but not limited to the price) with regard to the products or services offered; (c) change or update information in connection with any products or services offered; and (d) modify or cancel your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, at any time without notice to you (including after you have submitted your order) and without liability to you. If we alter your order, we will do our best to give you prior notice of this and provide you with the opportunity to cancel the order in its entirety. If your order is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you via the contact information you provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit, reject, modify, or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized parties, including resellers.

If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later modified or cancelled, 3 Pears Gallery shall issue you a refund in the amount of the original transaction back to your original method of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
